You want a Game of thrones version of football. Where do you look?? You want to see football version of Robinhood who steals from the rich and give it to poor. Where do you look?? You want to see a glorious combination of all mess. Where do you look?? English Premier League. Where no one knows,where prediction is only as good as Antonio Valencia's left leg,where people only expect entertainment. Why did we name our blog EPL Fanatics? Because we love this glorious mess where you get your adrenaline pumped week in week out. Quoting a movie dialogue "There are three things that people look in a movie. 1. Entertainment 2. Entertainment 3. Entertainment". And EPL provides you exactly that.
"Aguerooooooo" cried Martin Tyler when every united fan including me sobbed their heart out. Where else can you see such a drama in a matter of 2 minutes. Where Balotelli's only assist in sky blue jersey counted to be the biggest. Argument goes on if we are to debate on which is the best league. But if we talk upon the best competitive league you would definitely shout English premier league. You saw a bar attender who organised a trade union mutiny dominate this league for 20 years,you saw a French professor winning it in the most "golden" way possible,you saw a special man with arrogance make immediate result and you saw the same special man failing miserably.
Orgasmic pressers,unimaginable mind games,quality banters and arrogant fans. You can say la liga has world class players,you can say bundesliga has the most loyal fans,you can say Italian serie A is tactically strong and you can say Ligue 1 has ZLATAN. We would gladly agree to it hands down. But if you want a magnificent hybrid of all these (except zlatan,yes we are unlucky) you opt this romantic league.
Where festive season means disaster,where brittania means nightmare,where Gibbs means Chamberlaine(all hail Martin Atkinson),where even a beach ball becomes a goal scorer.
